A recent BCM Case Study:
Llandysul School, a new energy efficient £30m super school in
Wales, featuring more than 11,000m² of REHAU underfloor heating,
several ventilation plants and a central boiler house.
The underfloor heating is integrated into a full Struxureware BMS
control system via MODBus® communication network.
The design of the school incorporates many other sustainable features that are intergrated into the BMS system;
Photovoltaic panels make use of natural light, and offset the
schools carbon footprint.
Automatic window ventilation, to help regulate temperature and
create an energy self-sufficient school.
